A compact, conduction cooled, high perveance radial beam tetrode. Electrically identical to the 4CX250R except that the maximum dissipation of the 4CS250R is limited only by the maximum allowable anode and ceramic/metal seal temperatures.
Ruggedized construction allows the 4CS250R to be operated in applications where shock and/or vibration is experienced.
